- Item is in its original packaging with all tags and accessories
- Original receipt or order confirmation is provided
- Item is not from the non-returnable categories listed below

- Earrings and pierced jewellery (hygiene reasons)
- Used or opened beauty, skincare, and cosmetic products
- Perishable goods and food items
- Digital products and downloadable items
- Custom or personalised orders
- Items damaged by misuse, negligence, or accident
- Sale items marked as Final Sale

Pack & Send
Pack in original packaging and ship to our address. Return shipping is covered by us for defective/wrong items; change-of-mind returns are at the customer’s cost.

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund or exchange is processed within 5–7 business days.
