Shipping Policy

1. Delivery Coverage
We deliver to all cities and towns across Pakistan, including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Peshawar, Multan, Quetta, and all other cities.
2. Shipping Charges
* Charges may vary for remote areas. Final shipping cost is shown at checkout.
3. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1 – 2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. You will receive an order confirmation and a dispatch notification with tracking details.
4. Estimated Delivery Timeframes
Delivery times may be affected by public holidays or unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you of any significant delays.
5. Order Tracking
Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS and/or email. Our courier partners include TCS, Leopards Courier, and M&P Express. You can also contact us on WhatsApp with your order number for a real-time update.
6. Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD is available for most orders across Pakistan
- Please have the exact amount ready at the time of delivery
- COD is available for orders up to Rs. 25,000
- A small COD handling fee of Rs. 50 may apply
- Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address
7. Failed or Missed Deliveries
If our courier is unable to deliver (no one available), they will reattempt once. After 2 failed attempts, the parcel returns to us. Please contact us to arrange re-delivery. Re-delivery charges may apply.
