- We strive for accuracy in product descriptions but cannot guarantee all information is error-free
- We reserve the right to limit quantities and discontinue products at any time
3. Orders & Payments
- Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase; orders are confirmed upon dispatch
- We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), bank transfers, and online payments where available
- For COD orders, full payment must be made in cash at the time of delivery
- We reserve the right to cancel orders suspected of fraudulent activity
4. Delivery
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and not guaranteed. MaanExpress is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, adverse weather, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the courier.
5. Returns & Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By placing an order, you also accept those terms.
6. User Accounts
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account
